Karen received her Associates in Science Degree in 1991. Karen was in the management field for five years prior to becoming a wife and mother of four children. Karen was hired in February 2010 as Head Receptionist for ACCFS.
In her position as Head Receptionist, Karen is responsible for meeting client’s needs, taking incoming calls, and other front office tasks. She also supervises the Second Receptionist and Part-time Receptionist, maintains client information in databases, and maintains a referral database of counseling resources throughout the United States.
Karen completes tasks for the counselors, provides assessments to clients, monitors the security system, and assists with HIPAA compliance regulations.
Karen and Benj, her husband, reside in Eureka IL, have 2 sons, 1 daughter-in-law, and 2 daughters, and are active members of the Apostolic Christian Church of Washington, IL.
