Clinical Specialties: Treatment of psychiatric symptoms including depression, anxiety, impulse control, bipolar disorder, and psychotic symptoms.

Aaron started working at ACCFS in 2015. He utilizes telepsychiatry from his office in Grand Rapids to Morton Illinois providing both supportive therapy and medication management for psychiatric symptoms. He is a medical doctor who is board certified in psychiatry and is licensed to practice in Illinois and Michigan.

In Michigan, Aaron works at a Community Mental Health Agency caring for patients with Intellectual Disabilities and has a general private practice specializing on the intersection of faith and mental illness.

Aaron obtained his BS in Nutritional Sciences at Kansas State University, MD at Wayne State University School of Medicine, and completed his Psychiatry residency at Rush University Medical Center.  He has worked from 2011-2021 in an inpatient unit at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services and in 2021 shifted to an outpatient role.

Aaron is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and Christian Medical and Dental Association.

Aaron and his family live in Grand Rapids and are members of the Apostolic Christian Church of Alto.
