After Business Hours
Callers wanting to speak with a counselor should call during normal business hours to schedule a time for either an in-office appointment, remote counseling, or a telephone consultation. After normal business hours, callers can leave voicemail messages for ACCFS staff. Under most circumstances, those messages will be returned the next business day.
***Note: ACCFS does not provide crisis intervention services. If you have a life-threatening emergency that needs immediate attention, call 911 or go to your local emergency room.
