Information We Collect on the Website Our goal here on the Apostolic Christian Counseling and Family Services website is to provide information. We accumulate information that we believe can be helpful to many people. One of the best ways to making this information available to you is to put it online where you can find it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Searching for information on mental health issues and relationship problems is a very private matter. We can assure you that you can browse around our webpage in complete anonymity. Upon initial visits to the main (Home) page, we collect information about you and your computer which will help us in making our website better: more easily found, displayed and used. This information and data is analyzed and used in aggregate form to help us better our website. For all other pages visited, we track general webpage usage only in aggregate form. Other than our Home page, as described above, our website pages do not save any identifying information about you, your computer, settings or data on your computer, or a history of pages visited by you. If you are a minister or elder and log in to use the website: we track aggregate page usage by church, but do not save identifying information about you, your computer, settings or data on your computer, or a history of pages visited by you (except if visiting the initial Home page as noted previously). Information With Orders Placed Online The personal information you provide when ordering pamphlets or materials does not get sent through e-mail. What We Do with Personal Information Provided Through the Website Any personal information you provide will be used only for the purposes for which you provide it. This will usually be for the purpose of sending your order or contacting you for follow-up if you request it. We will not share, give away, or sell any information about you with anyone, including other businesses, organizations or individuals. Counseling Privacy and Confidentiality Concerns For our counseling patients, more information about privacy and confidentiality can be found on our Policies page. |
